Dockside Development is a locally owned and operated Class A construction company with over 20 years of experience on Lake Anna. Built from the ground up and operated by people who have lived on Lake Anna and helped shape it into what it is today! 

   Owner, Gary Griffith, has been working in Real Estate and Development at Lake Anna almost as long as the lake has been here. If you want a local expert, Gary is it! Vice President, Constant Disse, is extremely knowledgeable with regard to every step of the construction process.
